Before you ask.

How much does pigeon waste removal cost?

It depends on how much waste there is, how hardened it is, and the surfaces involved. In most cases we can give you a clear quote from your message and a few photos, or in person, at no obligation, usually within 24 hours. The one constant: removal always costs less than the restoration work that's needed when the acid is left to keep working.

Is the waste actually dangerous?

Dried pigeon waste can carry pathogens, and the bigger everyday issue is the fine dust it produces when disturbed. That dust goes airborne and gets tracked or drawn into living spaces. That's why dust control during removal is the core of how we work, and why we don't recommend dry-scraping it yourself.

Will the stains come out of my glass railing?

It depends on how long the waste has been sitting. Surface staining and residue come off completely. If the acid has had months or years to etch into the glass or aluminum, some etching can be permanent, which is exactly why acting sooner matters. We'll tell you honestly what's recoverable when we look at it.

Do I need building or board approval?

For cleaning your own balcony, usually not, but every condo is different. We work within strata and property-management rules regularly and can provide the documentation your board or manager asks for.

Will the pigeons just come back?

If nothing changes about the ledge, often yes. Pigeons return to roosts they've claimed. That's why we offer optional deterrent installation after cleaning, matched to what your building's rules allow.
